Corrib Theatre 2018 Irish Theatre Tour Terms and Conditions

By paying the first installment and registering, you agree to the following. You will also be asked to sign a copy of these terms and conditions after you register.

INCLUDED:

Tour of 11 days/10 nights, admission to eight performances, double accommodations in Dublin and Galway with breakfast all days, three dinners, two day tours, transport Galway to Dublin, backstage tours, meetings with playwrights and other theatre artists, and other activities. Due to unforeseen circumstances, some details may change as we approach the tour date. If any substitutions are necessary they will be of equivalent value.

NOT INCLUDED:

Airfare; any extra charges you incur in your room, such as mini-bar, laundry, and phone calls; any meals not included above; taxi or transport to locations within walking distance (almost all the theatres and restaurants are).

PAYMENTS:

Payment of $750/person ($1000 single occupancy) is due to reserve a place. Second payment of $1245/person ($1995 single occupancy) is due on Dec 1, 2017, and the third payment of $1000/person is due on March 1, 2018. Payments are non-refundable, except under special circumstances at the discretion of Corrib Theatre, and if we are able to fill your space with another participant. In the event that a refund is granted, we reserve the right to retain a $250 administrative fee. Cancellations must be made in writing. Once the tour has started, there will be no refunds for unused portions of the tour for any reason. You may wish to purchase your own trip cancellation insurance.

Single accommodations are an additional charge of $1000, to be added in part to the first and second payment. For family rooms (3+), please inquire about availability and cost.

While every effort will be made to keep the tour price as quoted, Corrib Theatre reserves the right to increase the price due to major fluctuations in the Euro exchange rate or the cost of services.

A portion of the tour price includes a tax-deductible donation to Corrib Theatre. A letter with the final donation amount will be sent to each participant after the conclusion of the tour.

GROUP SIZE:

If a minimum of 14 paid participants do not register, we reserve the right to cancel the tour and refund any amounts paid. The maximum number of participants will be 24 persons.

MINORS:

Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

LIABILITY:

I understand that travel can be dangerous, and waive any liability against Corrib Theatre (including its employees, officers, and volunteers) for any injury, death, loss, damage, accident, expense, or delay, caused during the tour, including but not limited to incidents related to transportation or lodging services.

Corrib Theatre assumes no responsibility or liability in connection with the services of any train, vessel, carriage, aircraft, or other conveyance that may be used wholly or in part in the performance of their duty to travelers; neither will they be responsible for any act, error, or omission or for any injury, loss, accident, delay or irregularity that may be occasioned by reason of any proprietor, or for any other person engaged in carrying out the purpose for which tickets or coupons are issued.

Corrib Theatre reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any traveler as a member of the tour at any time. In the event that it becomes necessary or advisable for the comfort, safety, or well-being of the travelers, for any reason whatsoever, to alter the itinerary or arrangements, such alterations may be made without penalty to Corrib Theatre. Additional expenses, if any, shall be borne by the traveler.

Any carrier used is not responsible for any act, omission or event during the time travelers are not aboard their conveyances.
